                   A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 20297, 
                   ENCAPTIONED HEREINBELOW, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE 
                   THE MAYOR TO DEED THE JAMES A. HENRY SCHOOL 
                   PROPERTY TO WEST SIDE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 
                   CORPORATION FOR USE IN THE EXPANDED DOWNTOWN 
                   RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Resolution No. 20297, encaptioned:
            A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO DEED THE JAMES A. 
            HENRY SCHOOL PROPERTY TO THE CHATTANOOGA HOUSING 
            AUTHORITY FOR USE IN THE EXPANDED DOWNTOWN RIVERFRONT 
            REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AGREEING TO FUND ONE HUNDRED 
            THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00) FROM THIS YEAR'S BUDGET 
            TOWARD SAID PROJECT, AND AGREEING TO FUND UP TO A TOTAL 
            OF TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS 
            ($227,000.00) DURING THE CONTINUATION OF SAID PROJECT.
            
       be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the reference 
       therein to the "Chattanooga Housing Authority" and inserting in 
       lieu thereof the words "West Side Community Development 
       Corporation" so as to authorize the Mayor to deed the James A. 
       Henry School property to West Side Community Development 
       Corporation for use in the expanded Downtown Riverfront 
       Redevelopment project.
